Location: 3 days onsite wkly in Issaquah, WA (must be local)

What You’ll Do

  • Support eCommerce platform and integration initiatives within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.
  • Coordinate activities across product, business, development, QA, and program stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, action logs, risk logs, and key project documentation.
  • Track dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Partner closely with senior Program Managers to support execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support backlog administration and user story maintenance within Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Help ensure delivery teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and project objectives.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of new eCommerce capabilities supporting both B2B and B2C customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Project Management experience supporting technology delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce or digital commerce initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining project artifacts, tracking actions, and coordinating stakeholder activities.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively alongside developers, business analysts, QA teams, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable taking direction from senior program leadership while driving day-to-day coordination activities independently.
  • Preferred experience with SAP Commerce/Hybris, Shopify, Adobe Analytics, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced implementation or integration efforts is highly desired.
