We are a growing character IP and plush toy company creating products that bring characters to life through creativity, storytelling, and meaningful collaborations. From original characters to licensed partnerships with global brands, we develop products that bring joy to fans of all ages.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business, with a primary focus on Amazon, while also supporting Shopify and Google Ads.

This position will be responsible for day-to-day e-commerce operations, advertising, content optimization, inventory management, and performance analysis.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Amazon

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and backend search terms.
  • Manage and update A+ Content (EBC) and Amazon Brand Store.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including keywords, bids, and budgets.
  • Monitor advertising performance including ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS.
  • Support pricing, promotion, and sales strategies.
  • Manage FBA inventory, replenishment, and shipments.
  • Resolve stranded inventory, suppressed listings, Buy Box, and other Seller Central issues.
  • Monitor Account Health, Seller Feedback, and customer service issues.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify sales opportunities.

2. Shopify

  • Support day-to-day Shopify store operations.
  • Create and update products, collections, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor website traffic, sales, and conversion performance.
  • Support merchandising and promotional activities to improve online sales.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to update website content and product assets.

3. Google Ads & Analytics

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax).
  • Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPA, conversions, and advertising spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve advertising efficiency.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor overall e-commerce sales and performance across Amazon and Shopify.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, advertising, and product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience managing Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
  •  Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and FBA operations.
  • Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store.
  • Basic experience with Shopify.
  • Ability to analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max (PMax).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with Shopify merchandising and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with consumer products, toys, gifts, or character/licensed products.
  • Experience managing a large number of SKUs.
