Responsibilities include data analysis, strategy implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations eCommerce, supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance eCommerce operations. This role involves analyzing complex datasets to identify patterns and develop actionable insights. The position may also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report findings to leadership, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This role also involves managing and optimizing various operational processes, including onboarding, delivery quality, and customer service. The Senior Analyst may work on developing and implementing recruitment campaigns, monitoring application and conversion rates, and improving the user experience through enhancements to application portals and websites. The role may also involve the creation and deployment of marketing strategies, including online advertising, SEO, and referral incentives.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role to drive continuous improvements across all operational components. The Senior Analyst may engage with stakeholders to align on data-driven recommendations, manage service level standards, and address customer and driver concerns. The position also focuses on compliance with internal and regulatory policies, identifying and implementing new technology features to support these requirements.
Additionally, the Senior Analyst may develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. This includes automated and ad hoc reporting to facilitate quick, data-driven decisions. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education & Aptitude: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field with demonstrated numerical aptitude.
  • Professional Experience: 2-4 years in business operations, retail merchandising, supply chain logistics, or eCommerce analytics.
  • Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience building dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Communication: Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Analytics: Professional experience writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).
  • Domain Expertise: Background in Last Mile/Final Mile delivery systems or eCommerce operational planning.
  • AI & Automation: Demonstrated familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., GenAI, LLMs) to enhance analytical workflows, write code/queries, and automate routine reporting tasks.
