You will work across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex payment issues, improve operational processes, and strengthen financial controls in support of a fast-moving global business.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day B2B finance operations activities related to partner payments and transaction processing
  • Investigate and resolve complex payment, reconciliation, and settlement issues across systems, teams, and external partners
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Partner Operations, Product, Technology, and commercial teams to improve processes and reduce friction in the partner payment experience

  • You have experience working with high-volume transactional processes, journal entries, reconciliations, exception management, and issue resolution
  • You have experience with general ledger accounting and SOX compliance
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend practical solutions
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including when managing escalations
  • You are highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience improving operational processes, strengthening controls, and helping teams work more efficiently
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance

Preferred qualifications:
  • Prior Public Accounting experience
  • You have experience supporting B2B partner payment operations in a travel, marketplace, ecommerce, or global payments environment
  • You have experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or large transactional datasets
  • You are comfortable working across global teams and navigating ambiguity while maintaining strong judgment and accountability
  • You have experience participating in cross-functional projects involving operational change, systems enhancement, or automation
