Purpose of Role
The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce & Digital FP&A will be a key member of the Digital organization, providing financial leadership and analytical support for Under Armour's Ecommerce business, a ~$360M revenue channel, inclusive of social commerce and other digital growth initiatives. Reporting into the VP of Finance, this role will own budget, forecast, and scenario planning for the ecommerce P&L, helping drive a healthier business model with greater full-price selling and reduced promotional dependency. The role will also lead two teammates responsible for financial modeling and SG&A planning/forecasting, while serving as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders on performance, investment decisions, and long-range growth opportunities.
Your Impact
  • Direct revenue and P&L management for Under Armour's Ecommerce business, inclusive of social commerce and other digital initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP of Digital, providing financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting key business decisions.
  • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to drive a healthier business model, including strategies to reduce promotional dependence and improve full-price selling.
  • Manage quarterly forecast submissions and in-month latest estimate updates across ecommerce revenue, margin, and SG&A.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities across digital initiatives, marketing spend, and platform enhancements to support sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead and develop two teammates responsible for financial modeling and SG&A planning/forecasting, ensuring strong execution, analytical rigor, and team growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields, MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy are paramount
  • Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis
  • SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
  • OneStream and/or other EPM tool implementation experience
  • Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
  • Commitment to process improvement

Base Compensation
$140,000.00-$180,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
