Job Description Summary:

This role will play a pivotal role in gathering actionable digital insights and data by market to be used in business reviews, program recaps, business planning and sales trainings. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and digital commerce trends to optimize revenue growth and customer engagement. This role focuses on leveraging analytics to enhance sales performance, improve online ordering efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making for the eCommerce team. Additionally, understanding market trends, competitors, and eCommerce technology advancements to ensure the delivery best-in-class distributor execution.
In this role, you will need to have strong analytics background and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously are also important.

Job Description:

This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze B2B eCommerce sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer purchasing behaviors, segmentation, and sales funnel effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to implement data-driven strategies that drive digital revenue growth.
  • Support sales teams with data-backed insights to improve digital adoption and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting automation.
  • Stay informed on industry benchmarks, competitor performance, and emerging trends in B2B digital sales.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in in analytics possessing skills in attention to detail and the ability to process large and complex information.
  • 3+ years of project data collection, interfaces and processes
  • Strong business acumen including an understanding of sales and commercial support in the wholesale Beverage Alcohol distribution industry or similar B2B industries
  • Ability to analyze complex problems within the applications and the ability to work with other areas to isolate and resolve the problems to avoid future occurrences
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, graphic match functions)
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion to work across a variety of stakeholders: suppliers, partners, and internal teams
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge in SAP and SAP Hybris
