$15.75 Hourly Rate

Job Summary: The E-Commerce Listing Associate is primarily responsible for the creation of online product listing for donated goods to be sold on the organizations e-commerce auction-based website.

Essential Functions:

  • Research specialty items to ensure proper descriptions and assign correct values- including proficiency in basic
  • computer skills and the ability to use search engines.
  • Track items properly by listing number, shelving location and store items appropriately.
  • Provide customer service via email and phone to ensure prompt, accurate and professional management of
  • customer inquiries.
  • Monitor the Shopgoodwill.com website and Lister software daily and assist in expansion of new listing software.
  • Achieve department production goals for listing items and average sales goals.
  • Actively participate in team building exercises, staff meetings and have the motivation to cross train.
  • Attend all ongoing trainings and assist in the training of new hires when necessary.
  • Ensure work areas are maintained, organized, clean and safe and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
  • Computer, Internet, Microsoft Office Suite and iPhone or Android experience required.
  • Thrift, Online and/or Auction-based sales or appraisal experience required.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, as well as lift to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse atmosphere with large machinery, loud noise, dust, etc.
