We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive online revenue growth across various channels. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing logistics, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

We are currently in the process of opening new distribution sites throughout Florida. It is our goal to bring innovative designs and quality products to kitchens and bathrooms everywhere. Our pride in service, wide array of designs, and affordability allow our customers to create the kitchen and bathrooms that have previously existed only in their dreams! Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize sales performance across multiple B2C and B2B channels, including Shopify, Wayfair,Temu,Amazon, Beyond.com, Walmart Marketplace, Gigacloud, eBay, Lowe's, Pinterest Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, product, operations, logistics) to ensure consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms (Wayfair, Beyond, Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key e-commerce marketplaces and partners.
  • Support sales and logistics operations, including managing shipping platforms and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Control and manage day-to-day operations, and logistics, identifying and resolving tech-related issues.P

Requirements:
