Job description

About Recharged

Recharged is on a mission to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption with the first end-to-end e-commerce marketplace designed specifically for used EV buyers and sellers. Recharged is committed to making electric vehicles more accessible and affordable to consumers, while also serving dealers, fleets, and other companies navigating the transition to electric vehicles.

About the Role

As inventory volume continues to grow, so does the operational workload associated with inventory management, listing accuracy, and wholesale processing. The Inventory Coordinator is a newly created role designed to manage this workload, ensuring vehicles move efficiently and accurately from acquisition to the frontline while freeing up buyers to focus on sourcing and acquisition rather than administrative processing.

This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, listing quality, and smooth inventory flow as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Data Input & Validation Accurately enter and verify inventory data to maintain a reliable, up-to-date system of record.
  • Vehicle Booking & Option Verification Confirm vehicle specifications, options, and booking details for accuracy prior to listing.
  • Listing Quality Review Review vehicle listings for completeness, accuracy, and presentation quality before they go live.
  • Wholesale Inventory Processing Support Assist with the processing and documentation involved in moving wholesale inventory.
  • Transportation Coordination & Logistics Support the scheduling and coordination of vehicle transportation.
  • Inventory Flow Management Help monitor and manage the movement of inventory through each stage of the pipeline to reduce bottlenecks and delays.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inventory management, data entry, or automotive operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with inventory management systems/software
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communicator able to coordinate across teams (buyers, logistics, listing/merchandising)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment

Requirements-
License/Certification:

  • Local state driver's license (Required)
  • Clean driving record (Required)
