Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eCommerce Graphic Designer to create high-quality product imagery and digital marketing assets that drive engagement and sales across various ecommerce channels; (Amazon, Walmart, Lowe's, and other eCommerce channels.)

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, experience with marketplace content, and a passion for visual storytelling. This role will help optimize product listings, create compelling marketing content, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve creative production workflows.

Must submit a portfolio of work or work samples to be considered.


Location: Smyrna, GA (Near Battery Center)

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design and optimize product images, infographics, lifestyle graphics, and marketing assets for eCommerce platforms.
  • Create marketplace-compliant content for Amazon, Walmart, Lowe's, and other online retailers.
  • Produce product imagery through photo retouching, compositing, color correction, background removal, and image enhancement.
  • Develop Amazon A+ Content, storefront assets, comparison charts, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Translate product features and technical information into clear, customer-focused visual content.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and image production workflows.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Organize creative assets and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience, including eCommerce, digital merchandising, or marketplace content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product imagery, infographics, and digital marketing assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating content for Amazon, Walmart, or other major eCommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of marketplace image standards, digital marketing, and conversion-focused design.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Education/Experience:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field along with a minimum of 2-4 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience

Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating Amazon A+ Content and marketplace storefronts.
  • Advanced photo retouching, compositing, and product image editing skills.
  • Familiarity with AI image generation and creative automation tools.
  • Experience producing high-volume eCommerce content.
  • Knowledge of DAM systems and digital asset management workflows.
  • Experience in office products, furniture, commercial products, or janitorial categories is a plus.

Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
