  • Manage assigned project timelines and communicate proactively on status and blockers
  • Use the creative project management platform (Wrike) to track and update assigned tasks
  • Support photoshoot logistics, including shot list preparation and on-set assistance as directed by senior designers

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Innovation, Social, and Operations teams to support day-to-day creative requests
  • Participate in relevant cross-functional meetings for assigned projects
  • Support the creation of internal presentations and pitch materials as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience; beauty, fashion, or consumer brand experience a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty packaging design alongside digital, retail, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
  • Ability to take direction and feedback well while working efficiently under deadlines

What Success Looks Like
  • Creative deliverables are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time
  • Design work supports brand consistency across all touchpoints

  • Feedback from creative leadership is incorporated efficiently
  • Workflow tools (e.g., Wrike) are used consistently to keep projects on track
