Job Summary
The Sr. Director of E-Commerce Engineering drives the development and optimization of e-commerce 
platforms for Chili's and Maggiano's focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience and revenue 
growth.

This role is based in Dallas (Coppell), TX and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). We are currently focused on local candidates or those open to relocating to the area at their own expense. At this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship support.

Your Key Job Functions

 Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of software engineers, providing technical 
guidance and fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture.
 Develop and execute the ecommerce, loyalty, and CRM platform strategy
 Oversee the technical design and development of the ecommerce platforming, ensuring scalability, 
reliability, and security to handle high volume traffic.
 Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and delivery dates for new 
features and enhancements
 Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing and deployment 
processes.
 Define performance metrics and success criteria for ecommerce engineering projects, ensuring 
high quality deliverables and efficient team operation.
 Continuously monitor the performance, uptime, and speed of the ecommerce and loyalty 
platforms

What You Bring to the Team

 10+ years of experience in Software Development, with a strong technical foundation in Node.js, 
React, React Native, CI/CD.
 5+ years of experience leading software teams, with a proven track record of meeting commitments 
and delivering high quality software.
 Extensive experience in building and scaling ecommerce platforms.
 Experience with agile development methodologies

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or similar field
 Experience with cloud computing services - AWS and GCP
 Experience working collaboratively with Product Teams.
 Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and 
inspire at all levels
