We are seeking a creative and motivated Ecommerce Channel Merchandiser to drive online sales through digital merchandising, promotions, content creation, and website optimization. This role focuses on enhancing customer shopping experience, analyzing performance, and developing innovative strategies that increase engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, an appreciation for the cigar lifestyle, and a passion for improving ecommerce performance through creative, data-driven initiative.
What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
  • Direct and execute digital campaigns focused on but not limited to email sales and website promotions.
  • Work to optimize the online aspects of the brand including, but not limited to, email sales and communication, product landing pages, time-oriented deals, etc.
  • Manage and merchandise across various business systems and platforms
  • Drive new sales opportunities with our Marketing team and our external vendors
  • Work effectively with our Design department to create and fine-tune the ideal graphics to accompany our sales
  • Act as a resource to our Contact Center and Retail Stores for product related information and to help answer customer inquiries
  • Plan and execute long-term campaigns to prevent overlap of promotions from our print media campaigns.
  • Help to ensure all promotions and campaigns are executed on-time, function as expected, and are designed with the ease of the customer in mind
  • Having strong skills in Excel to thrive in our data and analysis-rich business
