Location: Connecticut, USA
Salary: $120,000-$125,000 (based on experience)
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Connecticut, USA!
We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to be at the forefront of our ambition to be in the Top 3 Brands in the baby accessories market in the US market through accelerated growth of the eCommerce sector. Your primary focus will be on target.com, walmart.com, and BabyList. You will also be responsible for executing strategies and elevating core tactics to make sure those businesses remain in growth. This includes the basic elements of ensuring content, digital shelf, and the pricing and promotional strategy are accurate. Whilst primary ownership is on Amazon ecommerce, the role will assist the Team Leader with Amazon plan execution as required.
As the eCommerce Manager you will own the development of a variety of eCommerce accounts and will be responsible for constantly reviewing and improving the position and commercial performance of the brands performance on the sites and work with the retailers and our client's internal teams to grow our share of market in the relevant accounts.
Through daily analysis of eCommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) you will lead the implementation of 5P plans to develop our client's position. You will own the forecasting, management of the account daily, as well as support strongly the annual negotiation process for these accounts with the relevant commercial team members.
What you will be doing:
Ownership of the account's performance, 5P strategy & execution. This is inclusive of (but not limited to):
  • Primary Focus: TGT.Com, BabyList, WM.Com
  • Secondary: Supporting Amazon during peak periods as needed
  • Network and hold excellent commercial contact with the relevant stakeholders within the account.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders of cross-functional team to ensure alignment of goals, strategy, timeline, KPIs of the accounts.
  • Co-build and own the annual operating plan for the accounts, and the delivery of the corresponding targets: revenue, margin, spends.
  • Ranging and pricing recommendations and implementation for the relevant eCommerce SKUs as needed.
  • Promotion recommendation and implementation as per trade marketing guidelines.
  • Presence: working with the accounts team and the internal marketing team to ensure best possible online presence of the brand.
  • Content: working with accounts team, global and US marketing team to constantly improve the digital content to maximise conversion impact.
  • Traffic: working with marketing and accounts team to direct additional traffic on the brand.
  • Tracking eCommerce business and market data and providing insight and recommendations to support the sales plans.
  • Reporting - Manage reporting monthly and ad hoc on the accounts in responsibility.

What skills and experiences you'll need to ace this job:
  • Previous experience of commercial analytics and / or sales management in consumer focused environment + hands on experience working with Amazon, WM.com, or Target.com
  • Amazing analytical skills, great with large data sets.... & Excel expert.
  • Naturally curious, ambitious, self-starting, strong bias for action, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
  • Very good commercial and networking ability to develop excellent customer relationships.
  • Good communicator internally, team player.
  • Ability to analyze investments and make recommendations from marketing and trade spends.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Expertise - Super Heavy Excel user.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English language.
  • Bachelor's Degree
