Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Product Manager to own and optimize the digital customer experience across our e-commerce platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and merchandising, and is responsible for driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction through continuous experimentation and product innovation.

You will lead agile product initiatives, define the product roadmap, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the end-to-end customer journey across web and mobile.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the e-commerce product roadmap aligned to business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead agile product management processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Define and prioritize product features based on data insights, customer feedback, and stakeholder input
  • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across key funnel stages including homepage, PDP, cart, and checkout
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve performance metrics
  • Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, or Amplitude
  • Identify opportunities to improve site speed, usability, personalization, and mobile experience
  • Manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear documentation
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per visit, average order value, and retention
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging e-commerce technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agile product management environments
  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles from concept to launch to ongoing optimizations as needed
  • Strong understanding of both, Magento and Shopify e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Amplitude
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or KanbanExperience with personalization, recommendation engines, or AI-driven merchandising, preferred
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms and segmentation strategies, preferred
  • Experience with headless commerce or API-driven architectures, preferred
  • SQL or basic data querying skills, preferred
  • Strong understanding of UX and customer journey optimization, preferred
  • Experience managing mobile app or progressive web app experiences, preferred
  • Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
  • Experience with agile product management and sprint execution
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and experimentation
  • Customer journey mapping and funnel optimization
  • Experience with data analysis and performance tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
