Copag USA is seeking a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to support our wholesale operations, social media presence, and key partnerships—including our sponsorship with the World Series of Poker (WSOP). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and partners.

The ideal candidate is detailoriented, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, marketing, and customer service functions.

The eCommerce Associate will be responsible for Ecommerce Support, Social Media Management & Content Creation, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service & Partnership Support, etc.

What you’ll do as a eCommerce Specialist:


Ecommerce Support

  • Support the E‑Commerce Manager.
  • Amazon FBA listing creation/optimization.
  • Amazon FBA inventory/replenishment.
  • Issue troubleshooting (suppressions/Buy Box/cases).
  • Amazon FBA reporting.
  • Shopify listing creation/optimization.
  • Shopify sales reporting.

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Develop and post engaging content across Copag USA social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars.
  • Monitor social engagement, respond to comments/messages, and capture customer insights.

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and announcements.
  • Assist with list maintenance, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Draft product announcements, promotional emails, and event-based communications.

Marketing Coordination – WSOP Sponsorship

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives tied to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) sponsorship.
  • Assist with promotional scheduling, asset management, and event deliverables.
  • Ensure Copag branding and messaging are properly executed across WSOP-related channels.
  • Track performance and report on engagement and brand impact.

Customer Service & Partnership Support

  • Respond to inquiries from new customers, partners, and business prospects via email.
  • Assist with outreach to potential collaborators and affiliate partners.
  • Provide exceptional service by troubleshooting product or order issues when needed.

Wholesale Customer Support & Order Processing

  • Create and manage wholesale sales orders in QuickBooks, including generating pick lists for warehouse fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate wholesale customer records, pricing, and order history.
  • Assist B2B clients with product questions, order tracking, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.

We’re looking for a eCommerce Specialist with:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, marketing support, or account coordination.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks for sales orders and basic reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in ecommerce or consumer product industries.
  • Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms.
