Job description

Summary:

The E-Commerce Associate will work in all areas of the E-Commerce department and must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The Associate will perform various tasks to prepare, photograph, list items online, and fulfill orders. The associate is responsible for performing daily tasks at multiple stations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet all required KPIs across the operation as set by the Operations Manager
  • Complete function and awareness of the processing & photography station in totality
  • Responsible for complete function and awareness of the shipping area in totality
  • Properly route electronics, authentic items, and jewelry for further testing
  • Perform accurate and quality photographs of objects to be listed online.
  • The complete fulfillment of customers' orders in the shipping department
  • Inspect all items received for value and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensuring correct spelling and names of things are reflected on labels and online.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Effectively communicate in English, perform basic calculations, and understand and follow standard practices and instructions.
  • AHigh School Diploma or equivalent is highly desirable.
