This role manages daytoday site operations, merchandising strategy, content execution, and site experience improvements for our U.S. consumer storefront, while also contributing tothe international growth of D2C.

The ideal candidate combines,eCommerce merchandisingexpertise,strong analyticalskillsand aconsumer-firstmindset to deliver abest-in-classshopping experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Execute andoptimizethe D2C merchandising strategy to drive conversion and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

  • Leverage your design skills and partner with the creative team to enhance page layouts, content presentation, and digital experience.

  • Utilize data analytics tools tomonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) related toD2C product sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

  • Identifyand execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize AOV and repeat purchase rates.

  • Conduct A/B testing tovalidatehypotheses and support continuous experience improvement.

  • Maintainaccurate, uptodate product data (pricing, availability, attributes, categorization).

  • Improve findability and product discovery through optimized navigation, taxonomy, and search.

  • Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform merchandising decisions.

  • Leverage SEO& AEObest practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

  • Support promotional planning with margin analysis, forecasting, and onsite activationstrategy.

  • Support D2C photo/video shoots to ensure consumer focused assets are captured and optimized.

  • Partner with Marketing on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and storytelling.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teamsto support backend integrations related to order management, fulfillment, and inventory visibility.

  • Contribute to globalexpansionworkstreams, including requirements gathering, user experience considerations, and regional eCommerce standards.

  • Bonus if you can build monthly product forecasts and provide inputoninventory planning to ensure consumer demand is met.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital operations, or UX within a D2C environment.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)and online retail best practices

  • Experience using analytics tools to drive decisionmaking.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and proactive.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of European eCommerce practices and localization requirements.

  • Familiarity with fitness,wellnessor related industries

  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices for product and category content.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $70,500 - $100,300 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
