Job description

Purpose of the position:

To perform a variety of duties in support of Goodwill’s e-Commerce department. Responsibilities include: photographing products, assisting in the selection and processing of items as needed, sorting, cleaning, and displaying merchandise, helping facilitate shipping, and assisting with picking and rotating up merchandise.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Photograph items under e-Commerce quality standards.
  2. Shelving items.
  3. Assists in pulling items.
  4. Assists in filling items and maintaining the shelves.
  5. Assists in sorting, cleaning, identifying, and preparing items for photography.
  6. Assist shipping clerk in answering inquiries as needed.
  7. Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork. Assists and shares knowledge and information with other employees as needed.
  8. Uses good interpersonal skills such as courtesy, sensitivity, politeness, and thoughtfulness.
  9. Work overtime as required.
  10. Performs other job-related duties as required.
  11. Safeguard company property, including donated goods.
  12. Reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of company properties.
  13. Acts safely all times, following all safety rules and regulations.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Minimum job requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Must be able to operate a digital phone, android/apple
  3. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  4. Basic PC proficiency preferred.
  5. Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
  6. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
