Service Technician / Sales

EcoWater of Central California
Pay: $17/hr + Commission
Potential Earnings: $50,000–$70,000+

EcoWater of Central California is hiring a Full-Time Service Technician / Sales professional to service reverse osmosis systems and water softeners upsell equipment and repairs to existing customers. This role involves driving service routes across our territory and earning commission by restoring systems to proper working order.

Responsibilities include: Replacing filters, inspecting and repairing equipment. Performing service i.e., UPSELLING replacement parts, maintaining a clean company vehicle, tracking inventory, and driving long hours.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset, ability to lift and or move up to 75 lbs. Sales or service experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

We offer: hourly pay plus commission, company vehicle and tools, full-time hours, and strong earning potential.
