Competitive pay structure: Base pay typically ranges from $45-$55 per hour, with uncapped commissions offering the potential to earn $100+ per hour.
Qualifications:
  • Washington Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Residential service experience required.
  • Must have valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
  • MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart.
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
  • Work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential system components to resolve electrical issues
  • Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers.
  • Actively participate in training opportunities for continuous professional growth and development.
