Position Overview

Earthly Tingz Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and environmentally conscious individuals to join our team as Eco Cleaning Specialists. Team members provide high- quality residential and commercial cleaning services while following Earthly Tingz standards for eco-conscious cleaning, professionalism, safety, sanitation, and customer care.


Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time, part-time
  • Pay: $12 - $14 per hour


Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning according to Earthly Tingz standards
  • Dust, wipe, sanitize, vacuum, mop, and thoroughly clean assigned areas
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other designated spaces
  • Follow established procedures to reduce cross-contamination
  • Properly use and maintain company-approved cleaning products, tools, and equipment
  • Follow client-specific service plans and work orders and report areas requiring additional attention
  • Respect clients' homes, businesses, belongings, and privacy while maintaining professional conduct
  • Arrive on time, prepared to work, and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements when applicable
  • Maintain Earthly Tingz standards for quality, reliability, communication, and customer service


Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and attentive to detail
  • Willing to learn and follow Earthly Tingz eco-cleaning methods and procedures
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate respectfully
  • Able to work independently after successfully completing certification and company training
  • Reliable transportation to assigned service locations
  • Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required


Certification & Training Requirement

Applicants are not required to already be eco-cleaning certified. Selected candidates must successfully complete the Earthly Tingz Eco Cleaning Certification Course as part of their preparation for independent client assignments.

  • Eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
  • Proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Safe product usage and handling
  • Reducing unnecessary exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals
  • Understanding VOC and common environmental triggers
  • Cross-contamination prevention
  • Proper use of cleaning tools and microfiber systems
  • Residential and commercial cleaning standards
  • Professionalism, client care, sustainable practices, and Earthly Tingz quality expectations

Important: Employees may assist with supervised training and cleaning assignments as authorized, but they may not independently perform Earthly Tingz client services until the required certification and company training have been successfully completed.


Physical Requirements

This position may require standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting cleaning supplies or equipment, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Applicants should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
