Job description

Reggio’s Treehouse is seeking passionate and innovative Early Childhood Educators who think outside the box.

Our Reggio Emilia philosophy fosters self-directed learning and critical thinking through play, enriching the minds and lives of our young learners and equipping them with tools for self-expression.

The Center Director oversees the childcare facility's operations, ensuring compliance with state and local laws, licensing requirements, and company policies to provide an exceptional experience for staff, children, and parents.

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to build and maintain parent relationships and manage center staff.

Core requirements include: a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a closely related field, OR a Bachelor's Degree in any subject with at least 12 credit hours in ECE. A Master's Degree is preferred, and at least three years of Early Childhood Director-level experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in early childhood education, support curriculum development, and possess outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining the school's condition, promoting the program's philosophy, and fostering a collaborative relationship with staff and families.

The Director will also manage staff, assist with curriculum development, and ensure a Reggio-inspired environment.
