Talentkids Academy is seeking to fill full time and part time positions with team oriented individuals that are Early Childhood Lead Teacher, Level 3, who has a passion for young children.
- Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited daycare, childcare center, ECE Qualified Level 3 Lead Teacher.
- Coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
- Behavior management, parent communication, health and safety in the classroom.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
- Must be dependable, flexible, and reliable.
- Must pass background checks.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Be familiar and able to maintain PDIS (Early Childhood Professional Development information System) records and Colorado Shines guidelines.
- Must meet Colorado minimum Rules and Regulations for Lead Teachers. Additional coursework may be required based on classroom assignment.
