Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll Lead to support payroll remediation activities for a global implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-country payroll (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.) and experience integrating SuccessFactors EC Payroll with an SAP S/4HANA landscape. end-to-end time processes, stakeholder workshops, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Description:
  • Lead Employee Central Payroll remediation and issue resolution activities
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll configuration and integration issues.
  • Support payroll processes across multiple countries, including the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
  • Ensure seamless integration between EC Payroll and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver payroll solutions.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of payroll fixes.

Requirements
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
