Product Lister & Operations Support (eCommerce)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (7am–4pm or 8am–5pm)

What We’re Looking For
eBay or similar experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right person. What matters most is:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail in both physical product and written listings
  • Ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish
  • Comfort working on a computer and learning listing tools
  • Flexibility to support warehouse operations as needed
  • A team-first mindset with a sense of ownership in your work
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Unbox and prepare inventory for sale (cleaning, reboxing, poly-bagging, labeling)
  • Photograph products accurately to reflect true condition
  • Create detailed and accurate eBay listings (titles, descriptions, item specifics)
  • Inventory listed products into internal tracking systems
  • Own quality control and presentation before items are transferred to storage or shipping
  • Support warehouse operations (prep, upload, shipping, receiving) as needed.
  • Assist with other sales channels as needed
Products may include footwear, apparel, electronics, health & beauty, and other consumer goods.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Available for a standard 40-hour workweek; overtime as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
