Job description

Job Title: General Laborer โ€“ Water Restoration TechnicianJob Overview:

We are a growing water restoration company seeking a motivated and reliable water damage restoration tech to assist with water damage restoration projects. As a water damage restoration tech, you will be a key part of our team, helping with the cleanup, drying, and restoration of properties affected by water damage. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in your career in the water restoration and remediation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Water Extraction: Removing standing water from properties using pumps, wet vacuums, and other equipment.

  • Drying & Dehumidification: Setup and operate drying and dehumidification equipment to prevent further water damage.

  • Clean-Up & Debris Removal: Remove damaged materials (such as carpets, drywall, insulation, and furniture) and clear debris from affected areas.

  • Equipment Handling: Set up and operate water restoration tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.ย 

  • Mold Remediation: Perform necessary cleanup and remediation to prevent further spread.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with homeowners or business owners.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods.

  • Ability to Work in Various Environments: Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (e.g., flooded areas, areas with mold, etc.) while following safety procedures.

  • Reliable and Dependable: Punctual, responsible, and dedicated to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Pay - $23-28/Hr Depending on Experienceย

-IICRC- WRT, ANSI, AMRT or related, etc

Must have a good driving record, valid license.
