• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges, strengths, and needs of clients.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on specific goals and measurable outcomes for the client’s growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and seamless care for clients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies for ongoing care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of patient care.

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and challenges related to family dynamics. • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Commitment to providing ethical, compassionate care and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or family counseling center is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience providing teletherapy is a plus, as this role is primarily remote.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
