• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Implement therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal development.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and actionable interventions to guide therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work as part of a treatment team to design and execute tailored therapy plans focused on client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions meticulously and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within family or marital therapy, are preferred. Familiarity with various evidence-based treatment methodologies and a track record of successful client outcomes will enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additionally, we provide a substantial sign-on bonus for new team members.
