• Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring each client feels heard and supported.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to empower them in their mental health journey.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to support healthy coping mechanisms and effective outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive client records with minimal paperwork to focus primarily on therapeutic interactions.

In this role, you will serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting a range of mental health concerns. This demographic typically requires supportive yet assertive therapeutic interventions that focus on skill-building and self-awareness. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assisting clients in developing the strategies and coping mechanisms necessary to improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid, independent state license, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limitations on your license and no current or past disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding of client needs.
• Proficient computer skills, with the capability to navigate our easy-to-use all-in-one therapist platform seamlessly.

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with adult populations in an outpatient or teletherapy setting.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and working hours.
