This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work schedule that best suits your lifestyle. You will have the ability to choose your work hours, whether you opt for a full-time commitment (over 30 hours per week) or a part-time arrangement (over 5 hours per week). The comfortable work-from-home environment is supported by an easy-to-use counseling platform, ensuring seamless communication with clients while minimizing the burden of paperwork.

• Provide compassionate and ethical mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adapt personalized treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate the development of essential coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills in clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide regular feedback on progress.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are actively seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying life experiences, applying your expertise to help them achieve their goals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Capability to independently practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proficient computer literacy, and a stable Wi-Fi connection vital for remote work.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth practices are preferred. Additionally, experience working in collaborative environments with multidisciplinary teams can enhance your application.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000, depending on hours worked and experience.
