Auto Ranch Group

Twin Falls, ID

$40 - $50/hr

Full-time

Re-posted 10 days ago

Job description

If you’re a Ford technician in the Twin Falls area, you already understand the value of living in Idaho — open space, strong communities, and access to the outdoors. But many technicians are still looking for the right dealership environment: a place with strong workflow, top-level compensation, and leadership that actually supports technicians.

Ontario Auto Ranch Ford in Fruitland is continuing to grow and is looking for experienced Ford technicians who are ready for a better long-term opportunity.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of dealership or structured shop experience who can step into a productive, professional environment and contribute immediately.

Why Make the Move to Fruitland?

Compared to larger Idaho markets, Fruitland offers:

  • Lower overall living costs
  • Smaller-town pace with strong economic growth nearby
  • Short commutes and less daily stress
  • Immediate access to hunting, fishing, camping, boating, and outdoor recreation
  • A strong family-oriented community atmosphere
  • Easy access to both Idaho and eastern Oregon recreation areas

For technicians looking to stay in Idaho while improving career opportunity and compensation, Fruitland offers an excellent balance.

About Ontario Auto Ranch Ford

We continue to invest heavily in our service department, technician support systems, and shop equipment. We maintain strong customer-pay workflow and are committed to creating an environment where productive technicians can thrive.

We are looking for technicians who:

  • Understand dealership workflow and flat-rate production
  • Can diagnose and repair efficiently
  • Take pride in quality workmanship
  • Want long-term stability and growth
Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production ability

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair ability
  • Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ford certifications highly valued
What Technicians Appreciate Here

Consistent workflow
Strong earning potential
Paid training and development
Modern shop environment
Supportive management team
Competitive benefits package
A culture that respects productive technicians and work-life balance

At Ontario Auto Ranch Ford, we understand that experienced technicians want more than promises. They want a place where they can stay busy, earn strong money, and still enjoy life outside the shop.

The Opportunity

If you’re a Ford technician in Twin Falls looking for stronger opportunity without leaving the Idaho lifestyle behind, this may be the move worth making.
