About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Commis 3 - Kitchen to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Gathers, measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasoning

  • Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meat etc. as applicable

  • Proficient knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats as and marination

  • Prepare dishes such as salads and sauces with finer details and exquisite presentation

  • Proficient knowledge of established recipes and plating guide provided, to exact specification

  • Ensure that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers

  • Document inventory of kitchen supplies, and notifying supervisors of low stock situations
