Job description

We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to join our team. The RN Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and patient care activities during the night shift. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to ensuring high-quality services for our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • - Supervises and coordinates nursing activities on the night shift to ensure high standards of care.

  • - Mentors and supports nursing staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

  • - Conducts shift hand-offs to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among staff.

  • - Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

  • - Participates in quality improvement initiatives and tracks performance indicators.

  • - Reviews and documents incidents, accidents, and other relevant patient care issues.

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Pay: Based Upon Experience

  • Full-Time Shifts

  • Night Shift (7p-7a) (Rotating Weekends)

  • Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN license in Ohio

  • A minimum of 3-5 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility
