Job description

Opelika/Auburn, AL: East Alabama Healthcare is looking to add a fifth pathologist to their established team for increasing surgical and cytology (gyn and non-gyn) volume at East Alabama Medical Center. Board certification in cytopathology or cytopathology experience with rapid onsite evaluation for EBUS guided and ION guided procedures is desirable. Cytotechnologist assistance for the primary assessments of rapid onsite evaluations is in place. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package with generous time off, light on call responsibilities and no autopsies. Qualifications include AP/CP board certification and eligibility to obtain an Alabama medical license.
