We are seeking a compassionate, confident, emotionally intelligent Intake Specialist who can connect with people in both crisis and planning moments — and confidently guide them toward the next step. We are looking for a high-performing intake specialist to handle calls during regular business hours. We want closers, not order-takers. And you can work from home or wherever you choose. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries remotely • Conduct structured intake interviews with professionalism and warmth • Gather detailed, accurate information regarding family law, estate planning, or probate matters • Confidently explain our services and fee structure • Handle pricing objections with composure • Persist in multi-channel follow-up • Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations • Maintain organized, thorough CRM documentation • Interact with terrific team members • Protect confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries • Make a positive impact on our firm's growth You are not giving legal advice. Ideal Background • 2+ years in intake, sales, or high-touch client service • Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales preferred • Experience in family law, estate planning, or probate is a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • Strong written communication skills for follow-up texts/emails • Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools, VOIP systems) Remote Office Requirements • A quiet, dedicated, secure workspace (even the clients' names are confidential) • A high-speed internet connection • A headset with microphone Minimum Laptop/Desktop System Requirements • Multicore Processor • 8GB of system memory • Windows 11 or Mac OS (Sequoia/Sonoma or higher) • Wi-Fi capable or Ethernet capable with cord Compensation: $20 per hour
