Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Ludlow, MA area.

What You'll Do
As a Home Care Speech Language Pathologist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:
  • Evaluating patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy for communication disorders and dysphagia management
  • Conducting cognitive and functional communication training
  • Educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and safety
  • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation
