Job description

The Bistro Server (AM Shift) is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests during breakfast hours. This role creates a welcoming morning experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the Bistro is clean, stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately

  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, coffee, and beverages according to brand standards

  • Operate POS system, process payments, and handle cash responsibly

  • Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro, including counters, tables, coffee station, and service areas

  • Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout the shift

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

  • Assist with opening duties, including setup of breakfast service

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs and requests

  • Work collaboratively with hotel team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
