About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Lawndale, CA!
Details:
  • In-Person Tutoring in Lawndale, CA!
  • Schedule: 10 hours per month; 2 sessions per week for 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Rate is betweem $25 and $35 per hour

Ideal Candidate:
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required), with strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting young learners in second language acquisition, particularly expressive language development
  • Background working with early childhood students or preschool/kindergarten-aged learners
  • Understanding of language development, including vocabulary building and conversational skills
  • Experience integrating language learning into play-based and interactive activities
