Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention
Join DDRC as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on speech therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $86,250/year
- 4-day work week
- Medical insurance ($30/month, 100% coverage after deductible)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy in home and community settings
- Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model
- Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
- Partner with families to support child development and communication skills
- Maintain documentation for compliance and billing
Qualifications
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP required
- Active Colorado SLP license
- **Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not eligible.
