This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own environment while still connecting with clients and team members across the state. As part of a Hospice Center team, you will have access to a supportive network of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Your interactions may include virtual meetings, video calls, and online collaboration, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client services.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
• Monitoring and assessing the outcomes of interventions, ensuring that family engagement remains a priority.
• Providing educational support and resources to families, enhancing their understanding of their child’s developmental milestones.
• Fostering rapport with children, families, and fellow team members to create a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
• Applying evidence-based practices in setting realistic goals and recommending interventions based on individual assessments.
• Utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching methods as part of your applied strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining standards for health and safety for all individuals served.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will be involved in early intervention programs aimed at helping these children acquire critical skills in areas such as physical coordination, cognitive development, social/emotional understanding, and communication abilities. Your work will directly influence the lives of these young individuals and their families, making a significant impact on their development and quality of life.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (a Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferred).
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and engage effectively with children and families.
• One year of experience in an early intervention setting is highly desirable.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills are essential for this position.
• A commitment to respecting diverse perspectives and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

While not mandatory, the following are considered preferred experiences that will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience working with early intervention services and Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• A strong background in coaching methodologies and developmental psychology.
• Familiarity with relevant federal and state regulations for social work practice.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package which includes:
