This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth facility that ensures our counselors have the flexibility to deliver care from anywhere. • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and inform treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, participating in regular case discussions and meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will provide support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, thereby playing a critical role in improving their overall wellbeing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, establishing rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to manage client information and documentation effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
