As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personal caseload of clients, building rapport, and developing therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments. You will engage in discussions about discharge plans when appropriate, ensuring clients transition smoothly throughout their care journey.
• Creating, implementing, and tracking individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Documenting client information thoroughly, including maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment documentation in compliance with our clinical standards.
• Performing intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Engaging in weekly individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.
• A minimum of one full year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using various technological tools including spreadsheet applications, electronic medical record systems, and communication platforms.

Experience that would enhance your application includes:

• Providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
