As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to assist clients in managing their conditions.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Engaging in regular team collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to stay abreast of best practices and enhance the quality of care offered.
• Providing education to clients and their families on mental health issues and available resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Staying current on research and developments in the field to continuously improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing evidence-based practices, you will play a crucial role in helping them achieve their treatment goals and enhance their overall well-being.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities that facilitate effective treatment.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team while positively contributing to group dynamics.

• Experience working with diverse populations and varied mental health issues.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.
• Experience with telehealth delivery methods to provide remote services effectively.
