Position Description
This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring children and families receive a timely, coordinated, and compassionate response following allegations of abuse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As the first point of contact for many families and multidisciplinary partners, the Central Intake Supervisor oversees a fast-paced intake process that supports forensic interviews, medical evaluations, and other critical services.
  • This position supervises intake staff, manages complex scheduling, ensures the accuracy of case information, and collaborates with investigative and community partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, criminal justice, behavioral health, public administration, human services, or a related field from an accredited university or college

Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex scheduling and operational challenges, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
