Work Environment

This remote position emphasizes flexibility while ensuring a professional and supportive online work culture. You will have the opportunity to work from home while benefiting from our well-established communication systems and interdisciplinary collaboration tools, including RMS systems and secure video conferencing platforms. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend appointments required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day activities will encompass a variety of essential therapeutic functions:

  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate treatment progress, make necessary adjustments to their therapeutic plans, and facilitate safe discharges when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications
