Job description

Rolfson Oil is looking for an O&L Account Manager to join our team in our Eagle Ford office. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The O&L Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.

Rolfson Oil is continuing to expand our Oils & Lubricants division and is actively looking for experienced outside sales professionals to help grow key markets across Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and surrounding regions.

This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing platforms in the industry with a strong operational footprint across all major basins.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $85,000 – $120,000 plus commission

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and grow Oils & Lubricants sales within assigned territory
  • Manage existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new business
  • Call on customers in Oil & Gas, Compression, Trucking, Construction, Industrial, and Commercial markets
  • Work alongside operations and leadership teams to ensure strong customer support
  • Build strategic relationships and identify opportunities for long-term growth
  • Maintain account activity and pipeline within CRM system
What We Are Looking For:
  • Outside sales experience in Oils & Lubricants, fuel, industrial, or related industries preferred
  • Existing customer relationships and industry contacts are highly valued
  • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage territory growth and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
