Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to Pace-O-Matic's President and/or CEO. This role manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Travel, including overnight stays, is expected for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Support internal and external communications.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in related fields
