Job description

Job Type
Full-time
Description
EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction is an award-winning, Lancaster-based design-build firm. For over 50 years, EGS has been building more than structures-they've been building trust, creating communities, and enhancing lives across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Their specialty is resimercial construction, the intersection of residential comfort and commercial scale, with a growing portfolio that spans multi-family, senior living, affordable housing (including PHFA), adaptive reuse, and more. At EGS, every client relationship is a true partnership-one built on integrity, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to delivering value that lasts long after the project is complete.
EGStoltzfus is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction to lead the division through its next phase of strategic growth. Reporting directly to the President, this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established operation with the credibility, momentum, and the people already in place. The EVP will be joining a team of seasoned construction leaders who bring decades of hands-on industry expertise and a shared commitment to doing the work the right way. As a key member of the leadership team, the EVP will provide strategic and operational oversight across preconstruction, project management, field operations, and business development, while playing an active role in long-term planning and market expansion. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in a commercial construction environment, particularly within design-build and multi-family projects, and will thrive working alongside a team that takes the craft seriously. Strong financial acumen, a passion for people and culture, and a genuine alignment with EGS's mission to build spaces that enrich lives are essential.
