The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the end-to-end flow of containerboard products from production through customer delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and material flow across mills, warehouses, and customer locations. The coordinator ensures accurate product placement, efficient distribution, and effective inventory management to meet service, cost, and operational performance objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
  • Coordinate daily order fulfillment and shipment execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of containerboard products.
  • Manage inventory replenishment across mills, warehouses, and overflow locations to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Verify order accuracy, including quantities, specifications, and shipping requirements prior to release.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP and inventory systems, including orders, shipments, inventory levels, and forecasts.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including production delays, transportation issues, and inventory imbalances.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding order status, delays, and service updates.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting through data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and service performance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, replenishment processes, and order fulfillment workflows.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, replenishment strategies, and distribution processes.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order and inventory data.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

REQUIRED MICROSOFT FABRIC SKILLS:
  • Strong grasp of OneLake concepts: lakehouses vs. warehouses, shortcuts, mirroring, item/workspace structure.
  • Hands-on with Delta Lake (Parquet, Delta tables, partitioning, V-ordering, Z-ordering, Vacuum retention).
  • Understanding of Direct Lake, Import, and DirectQuery trade-offs and when to use each.
  • Experience designing star schemas and modern medallion architectures (bronze/silver/gold).
  • Spark/PySpark notebooks (jobs, clusters, caching, optimization, broadcast joins).
  • Data Factory in Fabric (Pipelines): activities, triggers, parameterization, error handling/retries.
  • Dataflows Gen2 (Power Query/M) for ELT, incremental refresh, and reusable transformations.
  • Building/optimizing semantic models; DAX (measures, calculation groups, aggregations).
  • Ability to multi-task, think on his/her feet and react, apply attention to detail and follow-up, and work effectively and collegially with management staff and end users.
