Qualifications
Required
  • Experience supporting or coordinating training efforts for large initiatives
  • Ability to work as part of a change or transformation team to help users adopt new processes or tools
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting others who are responsible for training
  • Familiarity with training content platforms such as knowledge bases or learning management systems
  • Experience with e?learning or digital training tools

  • Experience supporting training for large system implementations
  • Emphasis on clear, user?friendly training design
Some roles may require adherence to internal policies related to professional conduct.Responsibilities
  • Lead a trainer enablement program to prepare internal staff to support end users
    • Assist with trainer onboarding and coordination
    • Manage logistics and participation in testing and readiness activities
    • Develop and deliver content to support trainers
    • Provide ongoing support to trainers during rollout and stabilization
  • Coordinate training preparation for testing phases using existing materials
